GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This policy contains the terms and conditions that apply when using the https://www.nalinispirit.com/ website. By using the online store, the users declares that they agree with the content of the General Terms and Conditions , and enters into a contract with the Provider Rita Tongori-Farkas (Service Provider). The service provider reserves the right to modify this contract by notifying users in a short notice on https://www.nalinispirit.com/ or via email. After the amendment, placing an order means acceptance of the amendment to the Agreement. This Agreement is governed by the law of the Republic of Hungary. The language of the contract is Hungarian or English. The prices payable for the products are gross prices.

Registration, user account
The service is available to anyone who can form a legal contract under applicable law. In other words, we are NOT able to conclude a contract with minors. During registration, the user must provide real data.

3. Purchase process
By placing an order on https://www.nalinispirit.com/, the Buyer declare their interest to purchase the product(s). The Buyer is bound by the order via https://www.nalinispirit.com/. The Buyer is obliged to fulfill and comply with the provisions of the contract concluded with the order, i.e. if the Service Provider fulfills the contract, the Buyer is obliged to accept/claim the product/service at the stated purchase price and pay the purchase price. If the User does not receive the product or use the service, the Provider has the right to partially or completely limit or suspend the Customer's registration.
The Customer asserts consumer rights related to the order directly with the Service Provider. Consumer complaints are investigated by the Service Provider, the Service Provider is responsible for the fulfillment of warranties and guarantees related to the products.
4. Warranty
The Provider gives 5 months warranty for the products. In the event of a malfunction, please contact us, at one of our contact numbers as provided. The warranty does not apply to products that are not used as intended, and the buyer is responsible for paying for damages resulting from improper use. We will repair the defective product (during the warranty period) if the defect can be repaired. Otherwise, the product will be applicable for an exchange. The Service Provider does not guarantee size when ordering a ring.
5. Exchange
Within 14 working days of receiving the ordered product, the product can be exchanged for another model. In case the new model is more expensive, the difference in price should be covered by the customer. There is no way to refund the difference in value. If you would like to exchange the purchased product for a different one, please contact us at one of our contact details.
6. Delivery
All products are handmade, some are in stock and some will be created after payment. The products found on the website that are not in stock will take 2-4 weeks to complete. The products that are made for individual orders may have a unique completion time, which will be indicated by the Service Provider on individual bases. The product will then be delivered. If several products are ordered, they are made parallelly at the same time.

- In country (Hungary): GSL 1000 HUF *
- International: FEDEX, 6500 HUF*
*Shipping costs for orders placed from abroad and domestically are calculated based on the current shipping costs of the GSL and Fedex courier services.
When the product is received, the Buyer must make sure that the correct product has been delivered in terms of type, quantity, and quality. The Buyer must immediately report any complaints to the courier service provider (it must be registered if the packaging or the product itself is damaged!) and to info@nalinispirit.com email address. After receiving the goods, we are not responsible for possible defects and missing accessories. If the Buyer does not accept the ordered product delivery, the Buyer will be charged for the cost of the unsuccessful delivery.
7. Billing, payment methods
The Service Provider reserves the right to change the prices on the website. For all orders, the current price displayed at the time of placing the order will be charged.
The prices indicated next to the products do not include shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount when the order is placed. The invoice is always issued by the Service Provider, which includes the delivery cost. When ordering, the Buyer can choose from the following payment methods:

8. The right of withdrawal
The Buyer is entitled to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons within 14 days. The withdrawal/termination deadline is 14 days from the day of product delivery. If you wish to use your right of withdrawal/termination, you must send a clear statement containing your intention to withdraw/terminate (e.g. by post or by electronic means) to the following address: Rita Tongori-Farkas, 1161 Budapest, Baross utca 68., or to email address: info@nalinibrand.com.

The Buyer can use their right of withdrawal/termination within the deadline if they send their withdrawal/termination statement before the expiration date (14 days). In case of investigation the Customer should be able to prove that the withdrawal and termination were in line with the 45/2014. (II. 26.) § 20 of the Government Decree.
Legal effects of withdrawal/termination: If the Buyer withdraws from this contract, we will immediately, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the Buyer's declaration of withdrawal, refund all compensation provided by the Buyer, including the cost of transportation. During the refund, we use the same payment method as the payment method used during the original transaction, unless the Buyer expressly consents to using another payment method. We can withhold the refund as long as the product was not received back, or the Buyer has not confirmed that he has returned it: the earlier of the two dates must be taken into account. The Customer is obliged to return the product(s) to us with immediate effect, but no later than within 14 days from the date of communication of the withdrawal statement. The direct cost of returning the product is paid by the Buyer. The Buyer can only be held responsible for the decrease in value of the product if it occurred due to not proper usage.
The consumer is not entitled to the right of withdrawal/termination:
- In the case of a product whose price depends on financial market movements and fluctuations that cannot be controlled by the company.
- It was produced specifically for the request of the consumer (custom made).
9. Protection of personal rights
Confidentiality of users' privacy rights is very important to us, so the Service Provider does not transfer data to external persons or organizations. We use the information stored in our database to resolve any questions or disputes that may arise. During registration, you can review and change the information provided. In accordance with the provisions of the domestic data protection law, the Service Provider may occasionally cooperate with local, national or international authorities. In such case we are obliged to provide them with the requested information on the https://www.nalinispirit.com/ users.

11.Copyrights
The photos taken of the products are the work of the Service Provider, their publication on other sites is permitted only by clearly indicating the source. The photography accessories do not belong to the product(s), the model photos are provided for illustrative purposes only, they are not always directly related to the specific product. The Service Provider tries to take realistic photos of its products, the perception of the color shades of the photos depends to a large extent on the monitor settings of the device, therefore the color of the delivered product may differ slightly from the subjective expectations of the Customer. The products created by Nalini Spirit are under copyright protection by law.
The service provider declares that since it is a unique, handmade product, which in most cases also contains natural materials, the color and shape of the product displayed on the website may differ in reality. The service provider assumes no responsibility for this.
